1. Local-First Processing (Zero Server Collection)

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the measurements, fastener selections, or calibration data you input.

• All calculations for the digital caliper and thread pitch gauge are performed in real-time inside your web browser.
• Your screen calibration value (pixels-per-millimeter) is saved locally on your device in your browser's localStorage so you do not have to recalibrate on your next visit. This data never leaves your device.

2. Camera Access Privacy

Our Camera Overlay Mode requires access to your device's video camera (via the getUserMedia browser API).

• The camera stream is rendered directly onto a local HTML5 <video> element in your browser.
• We do not record, snapshot, or upload any video frames or images to our servers. The video feed is strictly local and is instantly destroyed when you turn off camera mode or close the tab.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics scripts that profile your behavior across the web. We believe in keeping the web fast, clean, and private.
